Originally constrained by limited natural light and little visual connection to its lakeside setting, this mid-century modern home was thoughtfully reimagined to celebrate the landscape that surrounds it. The renovation centered on opening the home to expansive views of Lytle Lake, creating brighter, more connected living spaces while honoring the home's original architectural character.

A complete reworking of the floor plan transformed the way the home is experienced, allowing light to move freely throughout the interior and drawing the outdoors in at every opportunity. Existing interior stone was thoughtfully preserved and integrated into the new design, grounding the renovated spaces with warmth, texture, and authenticity. The result is a modern retreat that feels both timeless and deeply connected to its setting.
